Other Worlds Book Club

Are you curious about the sci-fi genre but don't know where to start? Then come to our Other Worlds book club with Neil. For avid sci-fi readers and newbies alike, these books are meant to be an on-ramp into Other Worlds. 

All the books are approachable to someone coming in from outside the genre and share themes with traditional fiction, but at the same time are fantastical and escapist.  

Explore themes of environmentalism, what it means to be human, the cost of technological advancement and the possibilities of space exploration.  

Join Neil once a month to discuss these books!

Exploring Canadian Fiction

Gwen and Karen’s Book Club

Join us for a daytime book club exploring new and captivating novels chosen by two of our most established staff members. In selecting the titles for this collection, Karen and Gwen delved deep into the stories that have profoundly stirred their hearts.
